Vendor applications do not guarantee a vendor spot. We have lots of application each year and do our best to select the best fit. Please fill out this form in detail to the best of your ability to give yourself the greatest chance of admission.

It is imperative that vendors show up to the festival on time and ready for set up. If chosen as an MFF vendor, I will show up on time and ready for set up by the time gates open. If I am unable to attend the festival, I will give a minimum of 60 day notice to the Vendor Coordinator. Do you agree to these terms?
