You will receive an invite to an in person meeting on Monday, October 25 where teams will be formed. Attendance will be mandatory to be placed on a team. If you note on this form a friend/family member(s) that is the same grade and would like to play on the same team, we will accommodate that. You may play up a grade, but not down. Please note- we will need coaches to form teams. If we do not have enough coaches, either teams will have large rosters or we will not be able to form a team! You will be invoiced soon after registering your child via email.
