Its that time again! Time to recognize Iowa's health care leaders who are working every day to ensure every child in their care has access to and is motivated to make healthy choices for a happy & healthy life.

We know the work of all of our 5-2-1-0 Health Care champions and clinics to carry on the 5-2-1-0 messaging and promote childhood obesity prevention and wellness is no different.  We have seen it. We have heard it. Now we want to celebrate it!

Nominations will be accepted through October 29, 2021 with selected finalists being honored as part of the 2022 Healthiest State Initiative Virtual Awards the week of February 14, 2022.
