We're on the hunt for unique and creative talents to showcase at our July 6th market. 🌟 Whether you're into vintage clothing, art, jewelry, ceramics, or handcrafted goods, we want you! This is an outdoor, umbrella only market.

We do our best to plan and execute a successful market through paid advertising, social media, signage, flyers, live music, and more!

We value authentic, creative, dedicated and mindful purveyors who believe in creating a community that thrives on each other's successes.

6FT TABLE SPACES: $55

**If accepted you will receive a confirmation email and payment details. Payment and response to confirmation email by due date is a requirement. Expect to be notified after May 27th

We jury each market individually based on the applicants we receive. We receive more applications than we can accept. Please don’t be discouraged if you are not accepted, this is definitely the hardest part for us.

Some categories are more competitive than others. We aim to curate each market to have a variety of vendors and not overlap in too many of the same categories.

6x6 Space - $55 | Generally a single 6ft table, or a 4ft table with a rack, or 2x 4ft tables in an L shape. (It is not 2x 6ft's in an L shape, or a 6ft with a rack)

8x6 Space - $65 | Generally a single 8ft wide table, or a 6ft table with either a 4ft or 6ft table in an L shape.

10x10 Space - $85 | 2 Available total

Double 6ft Space (12ft x 6ft) - $110

Double 8ft Space (16ft x 6ft) - $130

What is your display like? i.e. 1x 6ft table, 1x 4ft table, 1 4ft table plus 4ft clothing rack in an L shape, etc. PLEASE BE SPECIFIC - this is how we determine the layout of the vendor spaces. EZ up tents are not allowed. *

ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM : I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in any/all activities associated with Curated Collective and Mosaic Locale. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless against any and all claims arising from property damage, theft, or personal injury of any kind. Exhibition is at the sole risk of the exhibitor. INITIAL BELOW.

Vendor agrees to obey all rules and instructions as directed by Curated Collective & Mosaic Locale during the event. Any failure to strictly adhere to such rules or instructions may result in the immediate termination of this agreement and immediate forfeiture of the event.

Curated Collective & Mosaic Locale reserves the right to use all vendor pictures for advertising and or media advertising.

Curated Collective & Mosaic Locale reserves the right to place Vendors in booth locations at their complete discretion. Vendor understands that all assignments are subject to change depending on the circumstances of the market or the evaluation of the organizers.

Vendors must pay their non-refundable vendor fee on time and in full.

As a courtesy to other vendors and participants, any amplified sound or loud noise from Vendor’s space is not permitted. We have live music! :)

Vendor understands and agrees that Curated Collective events are intended to be, and at all times shall be, a family friendly event.

Vendor shall not sublet its space without the express written consent of Curated Collective & Mosaic Locale.

Curated Collective & Mosaic Locale makes no representation or guarantees towards actual event attendance.

Vendor understands that Curated Collective & Mosaic Locale has no control over weather, acts of God, or any other cause that may prevent, and or interrupt, the event. We will announce any changes to the market date due to inclement weather as soon as possible.

Vendors are responsible for tables, chairs and anything required for their own set up. Vendor agrees to arrive at their scheduled setup time, be fully set up by event start time, and remain through the entirety of the event. Vendors who pack up early without prior consent, will not be asked to return to upcoming events.

Curated Collective & Mosaic Locale will not be responsible for any damages or loss to merchandise, personal injury, or theft.

Vendor upon vacating its space shall ensure that such space shall be free of any and all trash. Failure of the Vendor to clean their space may result in future refusal of Vendor application.

I understand that if I am selling food items I am required to have a valid Cottage Food Permit and send proof to Curated Collective. I will have my permit available during the event.

If under the age of 18 a parent or legal guardian will be at the event at all times unless otherwise discussed with and/or explicitly approved by Curated Collective & Mosaic Locale.

I will not show up to the event if I have been in contact with or showing symptoms of COVID-19 or other illness.
