Enterprise agile transformation is not confined towards transformation of one single project, department or business unit of an organization rather it needs transformation of the whole organization on the delivery, business and cultural aspects.
We envision to explore the road map towards the effective enterprise agile transformation when agile delivery integrates with non software development functions like PMO, budget fore-casting, HR, marketing, compliance and governance.
There is a gap in available body of research which explains different steps and stages an organization undergo during enterprise agile transformation. It is also not evident that how organizations effectively integrates the non software development functions with agile delivery during enterprise agile transformation.
