Augsburg University’s Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is designed to empower students to develop and apply their leadership skills in order to connect, to engage, and to invest in the Augsburg and greater community. Students have the option to take it as LST 195 for 2 credits.

ELP is an 11-week leadership program that meets every week IN PERSON on one of the following times starting the second week of classes:

Tuesdays from 3:40 - 5:20 p.m.
OR
Wednesdays from 4:20 - 6:00 p.m.

Applicants must be registered Day undergraduate students starting their first or second semester at Augsburg this fall. Limited availability is provided for non-first year students that are interested in the program. Students who are selected for the program must attend all 11 sessions, as well as an ending celebration in late November at Augsburg House, the home of President Pribbenow and his family.

Due to the volume of applicants, incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
