WSOL 2023 Service Exchange Application: Kitchen Clean-up
The Solstice Kitchen is a wonderful place to serve all who come to Solstice. We are responsible for preparing the special Solstice Diet. It is quite busy at times, with a lot of activity and interaction. It is a special place to practice service and grace.

Cleaning duties include mopping the floors in quiet times of day, and washing pots, buckets and utensils used by every member of the kitchen team, ensuring they are clean and sanitized to keep the camp healthy and positive. You can choose to find solitude and calmness while serving the needs of the controlled chaos of the early morning kitchen, or you can choose to celebrate the day through a unified small group experience in the quiet of the evening kitchen, serving not only the entire camp through your cleaning seva but also those who come to the door of the kitchen seeking assistance. Whatever time you choose to serve, your spirit will soar and you will return sparkling as brightly as our blessed kitchen.
