Fundraising Crew - Raises Money to Cover the Musical's Expenses

Set Painting - Paints Sets and Flats. Starts in January and ends before the performances.

Set Design Crew - Helps design the Scenery.

Stage Crew - attends the last three weeks of rehearsal and all of the performances.

Prop Crew - starts in January and ends before the performances.

Light Crew - starts in February, attends all the rehearsals and performances.

Costume Crew - attends the last three weeks of rehearsal and all of the performances.

Make-up Crew - attends the last two weeks of rehearsal and before the performances; does not stay for the performances,

Hair Crew - attends the last two weeks of rehearsal and before the performances; does not stay for the performances,

Sound Crew - starts in mid January, attends all rehearsals, and performances.

Publicity Crew - starts in February and meets for two weeks; does not stay for the performances,

Ticket Sellers - sell tickets for thirty minutes before each show; does not stay for the performances.

Ushers - helps to seat patrons for thirty minutes before the show. Does not stay for the performances.

Stage Manager: Responsible for maintaining the scenery and set pieces. The stage manager is responsible for keeping the stage orderly and clean. The Stage Manager makes sure that the crew returns all of the scenery and set pieces to be ready for the next show.

Production Assistants: Take attendance, pass out materials, help to organize the various crews.

Assistant Directors: Oversee rehearsals of scenes. Assistant directors do not cast the show. They maintain the blocking and directions from Mrs. Broeker.

Dance Captains: Learn the choreography and rehearse the dancers.

Vocal Coaches: Learn the songs and rehearse singers.

Prop Manager: Make sure that all props are organized and ready for distribution before each show.

Costume Manager: Makes Sure that all costumes were returned to the correct rack. Identifies and repairs ripped or damaged costumes.

Hair/Make-Up Manager: Makes sure all supplies are ready for each show. Helps actors put on their make-up and arrange their hair.

Publicity Chair: Helps promote the production
