This Agreement is made between
you as a borrower and the
Promote Anti-Racism St. Pete (PARSP) Lending Library.
You agree to abide by the Lending Guidelines listed below, to treat the borrowed books well, to return the borrowed books by the date they are due so that others may timely borrow them, and to replace any books that are not returned, lost, or damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear.
Lending Guidelines:
- You may borrow a book for up to 8 weeks which may be renewed one time for two weeks unless another borrower has a hold on the book.
- You may only check-out one adult book and/or one children’s book at a time.
- You are responsible to treat each book with care, to protect it from loss or damage, to not write in any book, and to not otherwise make any kind of alterations to the book.
- You are solely responsible for each book and agree to pay for the repair or replacement cost associated with damage or loss of a book as a result of neglect or abuse, excluding ordinary wear and tear.
- In the event that you do not return a book and do not respond to requests for payment to replace a book, you give us the right to deny you from borrowing any more books from PARSP. We also have the option to publicly identify you as someone who borrowed a book and did not return or replace it.
