The AGM will be held at Down Hatherley Village Hall on Monday 9th October, starting with a buffet at 19:15, and finishing probably at about 21:00. Please help us to assess numbers for the buffet, and meeting, by letting us know if you plan to attend.  We ask for a nominal charge of £2 as contribution towards the buffet.  *
If you wish to raise  a motion for discussion at the AGM, whether attending or not,  or have any other points to raise, you need to do this by Monday 11th September at the latest. In this event, please provide a brief summary of your question or motion. 
If you have raised a matter for the meeting in the previous question please provide an email address by which we can contact you to discuss the matter before the meeting
