SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE:

• Under the age of 35 at time of application
• Considered high performers
• Ready to take on new challenges
• Eager to understand Hong Kong’s business community outside of their current work
• Curious and interested in developing new relationships across sectors
• Committed to attending all sessions throughout the 6-month program. The group will meet two to three times per month, generally in the evenings. There will be a few half-day training sessions and industry visits.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Submit this application form

2. Make a video of no longer than three minutes telling us about yourself and your career goals. What motivates you to apply to the Future Leaders program? Who is your business/leadership idol, and why?

3. Upload the video file (2GB maximum) via WeTransfer and send 1) the link and 2) your resume in PDF format to futureleaders@amcham.org.hk 
NB: Name both files using your FULL_NAME (e.g. ANGELA_WONG_VID / ANGELA_WONG_RESUME)

4. Deadline for applications is February 14, 2022. Candidates will be informed of the selection committee’s decision by February 28, 2022.

5. Information collected in this application will be used solely for the purpose of admission selection for the AmCham Future Leaders program.
