I’m a second year HND business management student conducting a survey around the subject of talent management. The survey has a focus on the topic of ESG, in relation to attracting and keeping talent. All responses are confidential and is only used within my research project at Kendal College. Brief Description of ESG

ESG refers to a criteria that a company is scored against and given a rating for each performance section. E = Environmental impact | S = Social diligence | G = Company's policing & procedures
