Next Sunday, January 14th we will be launching Parents Community Circles. These circles will meet once a month on the 2nd Sunday of the month from January through June. You can sign up now to participate here:
Our Learning Community Classes end at noon. At Noon, we will provide a simple lunch for you and your children. At 12:30pm, we will move into the Parents Community Circles and our children will be with one another at childcare. The circles will meet for 90 minutes. (FYI. Other Community Circles, which you are also welcome to join, will likely meet for 2 hours.)
The main purpose of these circles is to provide an opportunity for parents to get to spend time together sharing our collective wisdom and stories. We will be making use of this year’s spiritual theme, “Love is at the Center,” as a vehicle to anchor the short spiritual practices, brief readings, and spiritual questions we reflect on together. Six values which spring from that theme are generosity (January), justice (February), pluralism (March). Interdependence (April), equity (May), transformation (June).
