Due to the disaster declaration related to COVID-19 public health concerns, the Board Meeting will be conducted virtually with public participation via Zoom.  Following the meeting, you will be able to view a recording of the meeting at bit.ly/LT-YT20. Members of the Public may also provide public comment via the Zoom meeting. In addition, Public Comment may be submitted in advance of the meeting through this form, and these comments will be read during the Public Comment portion of the Meeting.

All comments made through this form must be submitted before January 13, 2021 at 5pm.
