FAN EXPO Denver 2023 - Community Zone Application

Are you a local fan group, cosplay club, theater/symphony, dance troop, or community institution?! Than the FAN EXPO Denver Community Zone is the place for you! Located in the heart of the show floor, this space is intended to highlight the vibrant Denver community and connect attendees with new both during and after the show. Participants in this space much support the local community in some way and be committed to making FAN EXPO Denver a fantastic experience for attendees, guests, and fellow Community Zone participants. 

Space is limited, so please be a detailed in your application as possible.

Things to know before you apply:

  • Applications are open until April 1, 2023
  • Spaces must be appropriate for fans of all ages
  • Participants must be available for load-in, all three days of the convention (from open to close), and load-out
  • Applying do not guarantee space until confirmation is issued
  • Additional space or nonstandard booths requests are subject to management approval and are not guaranteed, even if the Group/Organization is accepted

BOOTH REQUESTS
Standard Community Zone booths are 10'x10' and include one (1) 8' skirted table, two (2) chairs, and one (1) small trash can - booths do not include power, internet, or additional pipe and drape
