WHO ARE YOU?
Are you a marginalized Cultural Producer creating Justice outcomes for marginalized communities? Do you have a DEI or IDEAS practice? Are you embedded in the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion industrial complex? Are you looking for solidarity and peer support?

WHAT IS JUSTICE PRODUCING?
Justice producing is the art of centering justice in cultural producing, as well as Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion industrial complex labor. This includes theater, film, video games, workshops, and facilitated sessions.

In this context, Justice refers to actions which confront, disrupt, and dismantle binaries, and performances of white supremacy culture, hetero-patriarchy, ableism, capitalism, colonialism, and additional intersecting oppressions.

A Justice Producer produces Justice through community accountability, and emergent cooperation and collaboration.

JUSTICE PRODUCERS COLLABORATIVE?
JPC provides synchronous and asynchronous connective space for justice producers via a discord, these cultivation calls, and options to contribute to tending our justice garden that reflect our shared power and decision-making. We aim to provide signal boosting and mutual aid for those that tend it. JPC is a project that originated from a collaboration between The Curiosity Paradox and Claudia Alick from Calling Up Justice!

CULTIVATION CALLS?
Our Cultivation Calls are 90 minutes of relationship building, signal boosting, peer support and meaning making. They occur in an auto-captioned Zoom meeting space.

WHAT HAPPENS?
Each live meeting happens in two sections, both of which will be recorded but no longer shared publicly.

The first section celebrates the people and practices on the call.

In the second section, we make meaning together and dream of a community that supports our work.
