→若有未開班課程，依本中心實收學費金額以台幣退費，手續費由本中心負擔，匯率依當日匯率為準

※ 若因天災等不可抗因素停課(如颱風假)，本中心將另行排定日期補課(線上課亦同)。
無法參與補課者視同放棄，無法要求另外補課或退費

※ 完成報名手續後，因故無法參加課程，需以email或傳真申請退費。退費辦法依台北市教育局退費規定辦理(如下所列)。退費過程中產生的費用(手續費或匯差)由學員自行負擔。

1) 開課日前第60天前：退費95%
2) 開課日前第59天至第1天前：退費90%
3) 實際開課日期起第2天(次)上課前：退費70%
4) 實際開課日期起第2天(次)上課後且未逾全期1/3者：退費50%
5) 實際開課日後逾全期1/3者：恕不退費

※ MDN Language Center reserves the right not to start the program or alter the class time due to the lack of students.
→If the program is cancelled, MDN Language Center will return the received tuition fee in TWD. The exchange rate is subjected to the official rate of the day of transaction. MDN Language Center will take over the T/T banking charges.
※ If the physical course can’t be taught due to the pandemic or other factors, the course will continue online.
※ Any cancellation of class due to natural disasters, like typhoon, will be postponed to the dates we announce. Students who are unable to take the make-up class are deemed as a waiver.
※ All the courses are group courses. Neither make-up class nor refund is available if students miss any class.
※ To withdrawal and apply for the refund, please submit the request in writing and email us. Our refund policy is according to the regulations of the Department of Education of the Taipei City Government, which is listed below. For people who ask to have the refund through wire transfer, have to take over all the expenses during the process of refund, such as T/T banking charges and exchange rate difference.

※Refund Policy: Based on the rules of Taipei City Government
1) Cancellation, 60 days before the class starts: 95% refund
2) Cancellation, 59-1 days before the class starts: 90% refund
3) Cancellation, before 2nd day/time of the class: 70% refund
4) Less than 1/3 of the class hours: 50% refund
5) More than 1/3 of the class hours: no refund
