This includes military, academic, athletics, talent, leadership, diversity, foundation, and any other scholarships you have been offered. Please indicate the award amount to the best of your knowledge, if the scholarship is per semester or yearly and if it is for 1 year, 2 years, or 4 years. Please include if food and housing is part of  the scholarship amount.
