OT7 Credential Request Form

Please use this form to submit credential requests for OT7.

One form = one credential. If you have multiple people from your team, each individual needs to fill out a separate form.

All requests will be reviewed on a week-to-week basis. You must be 16 and older to apply for a media credential.

Credential requests will close 11:59 p.m. ET on Thursdays before the start of each weekend.

Confirmation emails, along with pertinent game day details (parking, credential pick up, etc.) will be sent 48 hours prior to each game.
