Family 90: Operator Syndrome 4-week Book Study
This MSOFC Family90 event is a 4-week facilitated 90-minute on-line book study on the book, Operator Syndrome (2024) written by Dr. Chris Frueh. This book study is designed to help families understand the challenges, advocate for care, and also to practice acceptance related to care seeking and caring for one's self.
Meets: April 10, 17, 24, and May 2 from 7-8:30 PM EST

MSOFC will use this form to send relevant event links, information, resources, and other program communication to SOF community members who have expressed an interest in this book study.
FYSA: The term "Operator Syndrome" is not an official medical term or diagnosis. It is referenced as a framework to understand a unique constellation of service related challenges/injuries that are associated with a high allostatic load.
