The student you identify below is applying for a job in the Learning Resource Center (LRC) as a peer tutor. As part of the screening process, s/he is required to possess subject area competency, excellent communication skills and the capacity to provide both academic support and a positive example of success to his/her peers. An exemplary faculty recommendation is a critical component of the application process. Please provide the requested information and submit this form as soon as possible. This will enable the Coordinators and Tutorial Services Specialists to reach out to the student in a timely manner for training and possible employment.
