If your application is successful, you will be required to sign a contract with the donor, which we'll publish shortly on the See Through News website.
The contract will require the applicant to guarantee they meet all of the relevant rights regarding all data and software used in the material included in the cloud computing run. The donor, meanwhile, guarantees that at no time will any rights in respect of that data, software or research results in any way transfer to the provider, nor will the provider seek to charge the applicant at any time for the awarded compute capacity, though they may charge corporate entities for any reasonable support required.
In the interests of transparency, we will publish all contracts on the project website.
If your bid is successful, would you in principle be prepared to sign this contract (subject of course to you reading the final version)?
