The anti-racism awareness (ARA) student group is a group organizing events and sharing information around the topic of anti-racism. We share informative stories on our Instagram (ara_nijmegen), we host discussions and talks and organize activities like movie nights, all around the topic of racism and discrimination. We want to continue this academic year with a bigger team to bring more attention to (anti-)racism at Radboud University*, so we can all feel safe and at home at our university. All of our activities and meetings are in English. We look forward to meeting you and doing this together!
*Currently, we're mostly active at RU. However, if you study at e.g. HAN, ROC, or don't study at all, you're also very welcome to join. Some of our activities are academically oriented; others aren't. We can discuss together how to broaden our scope of activities and audience.
