St. Francis Campus Improvement Survey
Feedback from the Faith Forward process indicated St. Francis parishioners would like to see improvements to our campus.  Below are the main categories of items people identified as their hopes and dreams for our church and campus.  Please indicate whether you believe these items should be pursued, and whether you’d be willing to support them.

1/6: CHURCH INTERIOR
Renovate church interior with new flooring, pews, and choir loft expansion. Add glass walls to separate church and vestibule. Update lighting and sound system. Replace bride’s room with cry room and nursing mother room.

2/6: NEW ADORATION CHAPEL
Build new adoration chapel for perpetual adoration (instead of closing chapel during Sunday Mass). Replace baptismal font for center entrance into church from vestibule. Convert current chapel to a baptistry. One chapel concept includes replicating the Portiuncula of St. Francis in Assisi.

3/6: EXPAND VESTIBULE AND GATHERING SPACE
Enlarge current vestibule. Create new gathering space by removing the parish offices, allowing for a visual connection between the courtyard and access to St. Clare Hall. Add new restrooms in this space.

4/6: OFFICE AND MEETING ROOMS
Construct new building for parish and school offices. Centralize office entrances and include new meeting rooms, restrooms, and an elevator for access to both floors and accessibility to Bonaventure. Remodel and expand Bonaventure kitchen; redesign layout of second-floor meeting rooms and/or offices.

5/6: ST. CLARE HALL EXPANSION
Reconfigure layout to include a kitchen and restrooms on each level. Expand upstairs meeting room to one large open concept venue/meeting room with a new outside entrance. Find new venues for nursery and music room (perhaps the lower level).

6/6: THREE-SEASON COURTYARD
Construct enclosed courtyard area between St. Clare Hall,  church and new gathering space. Remove condensers and construct hardscape play area known as a “tot lot.” Include trellised and shaded areas to accommodate outdoor events (wedding receptions, family gatherings, fish fries, etc.).
