Miner Marching Band Camp Registration Form
This form is for all interested in performing with the Miner Marching Band during the Fall 2024 season.  For your convenience, details about the activities of the band are available on our website https://alp.mst.edu/music/marchingband/  Providing your S&T e-mail address will help us communicate with you over the summer, so if you're a new student, please get in the habit of checking that account. A reminder, that filling out this form DOES NOT register you for the Marching Band course (MUSIC 1131).

Marching Instrument (all instruments below are available to rent at no charge, if you do not own your own. If renting an instrument you will need to fill out  the "Instrument/Locker Request" form on our website BEFORE camp begins) *

Do you plan on attending the O-Week Marching Camp Aug. 12-16?  FRESHMAN:  O-Week activities will not hinder you from attending most portions of camp. RETURNING STUDENTS:  If you are only able to attend part of camp, please answer "Yes" and contact Dr. Samson and provide more details. *
RETURNING MEMBERS ONLY:  Will you need to move into campus housing early for camp? If you answer "YES" you will also need to register with Res Life for an early move-in. There will have a form on their website sometime during the summer.
