Dear Parent or Guardian,
I am writing to ask for your participation in a study about both mothers’ and fathers’ interactions with their adolescent (teenage) children called the Navigating adolescence during the COVID-19 pandemic: Wellbeing during key transitions study. I am looking for adolescent children (ages 13 to 19) and one of their parents to participate. As you are a parent of an adolescent child, I am asking for you and your adolescent child to participate in this study.
Before you decide, I will briefly explain the purpose of the study. You are encouraged to ask questions if you feel anything needs to be made clearer. You will should save copy of this form for your records.
