Mediante el diligenciamiento de este formulario, en mi calidad de titular de la información; manifiesto mi autorización de manera libre, inequívoca, expresa, voluntaria e informada, a la CÁMARA DE COMERCIO DE CARTAGENA y/o a la persona natural o jurídica a quién esté encargue, a recolectar, almacenar, utilizar, circular, transferir, transmitir, suprimir y en general, a realizar cualquier otro tratamiento a los datos personales capturados en el presente formulario, incluidos, la imagen, voz y/o multimedia suministrado, con el fin de que sean utilizados para inscripción al evento Reunión Regional WTCA 2023, así como el aviso de servicios, eventos y todos aquellos aspectos inherentes a las actividades comerciales, promocionales, publicidad, prospección comercial de la Cámara de Comercio de Cartagena, los cuales serán tratados conforme a lo previsto en la Ley 1581 de 2012, el Decreto Reglamentario 1377 de 2013 y dentro de los términos del Aviso de Privacidad y la Política de Protección de Datos Personales adoptados por la Cámara de Comercio de Cartagena, los cuales se podrán consultar en el siguiente enlace: https://www.cccartagena.org.co/proteccion-de-datos-personales/,así mismo manifiesto que fui informado sobre mi derecho a conocer, actualizar y rectificar los datos personales proporcionados y a revocar esta autorización en los casos que sea procedente de acuerdo con la Ley.
La presente autorización comprende que los datos aquí captados, podrán ser compartidos con los aliados al programa, con la finalidad de realizar el seguimiento a la ejecución del mismo, quienes a su vez se obligan a tratarlos de acuerdo a la normativa vigente.

By completing this form, in my capacity as owner of the information; I manifest my authorization in a free, unequivocal, express, voluntary and informed manner, to the CARTAGENA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE and/or to the natural or legal person to whom it is entrusted, to collect, store, use, circulate, transfer, transmit, delete and in general, to carry out any other treatment of the personal data captured in this form, including the image, voice and/or multimedia supplied, in order to be used for registration to the WTCA 2023 Regional Meeting event, as well as the notice of services, events and all those aspects inherent to the commercial, promotional, advertising, commercial prospecting activities of the Cartagena Chamber of Commerce, which will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012, Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013 and within the terms of the Privacy Notice and the Personal Data Protection Policy adopted by the Cartagena Chamber of Commerce, which can be consulted at the following link: https://www.cccartagena.org.co/proteccion-de -personal-data/, I also state that I was informed about my right to know, update and rectify the personal data provided and revoke this authorization in the cases that are appropriate in accordance with the Law.
This authorization understands that the data collected here may be shared with the partners of the program, in order to monitor its execution, who in turn are obliged to treat it in accordance with current regulations.
