By participating in our star party event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

You understand that adequate power outlet options must be provided within roughly 25 feet of the desired viewing location, or additional extension cords must be provided.
You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the weather conditions on the day of the event and reserve the right to determine if the weather is not viable for sky viewings.
You agree that we are not responsible for last-minute cancellations unrelated to weather, and proper cancellation notice must be given no later than 24 hours before the start of the event.
You understand that the stargazing viewing will only go until the allotted time; after this point, there will be additional charges if requesting to go over this time threshold.
You acknowledge that we reserve the right to cancel or charge an additional fee if the event or number of attendees are not as described when booking.
