Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Lunch In The Park! We have 2 different opportunities for people . One is the packing of the food and the other is delivery of the food. Volunteer slots will be adjusted based on the number of meals needing to be packed and delivered. Lunch in the Park packaging starts Tuesday, June 8 and driving starts Wednesday, June 9 and is weekly until school starts in September.

Packing is going to happen Tuesday's and Wednesday's from 8 am to approximately 11 am in the Edgerton High School cafeteria. Packing will consist of assembling lunches and putting the correct number of lunches in each route. We will package 4 meals per bag and do as much as we can in one day. Times may be adjusted due to the number of meals to be packed. Packing volunteers will need to be at least 14 years old to pack with out an adult helper.

Delivery of the food is going to be at 11 AM until route is completed. Pick up the food at the Edgerton High School door closest to the cafeteria. We are hoping that each route will only take about an hour. We will be working with the Edgerton bus company to ensure we are having the most efficient route. Routes may go faster if the driver has a runner to drop off the lunches. Drivers need to be at least 18 years old.
