The Bessel Origin Program provides workshops and hands-on work experience. Successful completion will result in the award of Bessel OriginTM digital badges in Human Centered Design, Scrum/Agile, Communication, Ethics Guided DesignTM, and Professionalism. The program is remote and requires discipline: about 10-12 hours per week commitment, and daily effort. You will work on a company-sponsored project in a small, multidisciplinary team, be assigned an experienced professional as a mentor, and participate in a weekly working session with your cohort.

The program is geared for participants transitioning from undergraduate study to the workforce or young professionals looking to boost their skills.

Great news! The normal program fee of $2,500 is covered mostly by company sponsorship. Your fee to participate will be $100, and there is an opportunity to request financial assistance within the application.
