If we choose to accept the animal, we will send you a pdf version for your records and you will be REQUIRED to pay a $50 -100 surrender fee which is used to offset the cost of rehoming, including training, food, shelter, medical care and placement support.

You understand that by signing this agreement there is no guarantee that the animal can be safely rehomed or rehabilitated but that we will do all we can to provide training and medical support to rehome your animal. You understand that you are no longer financially obligated to provide for this animal once it is rehomed and that Trenton Animals Rock will charge an adoption fee to the new owner's for adopting the dog.
