VIEW WINTERIZATION POLICY

Toxaway Views unit owners must certify winterization status for the period Nov 1st to March 31st, occupied or not. Owners must turn off water at building source level during any absences of longer than 3 days, at any time during the year. Will your unit be occupied FULL TIME during this period? If not, you must re-winterize even if you are away for a short period. Your intentions?
