No one should miss out on a camp experience because of money!  Cross Trails Ministry has a long standing policy of providing financial aid in the form of camperships to summer campers and Cross Trails programmed retreats.

Camperships are typically for no more than one half of the summer camp or retreat fee.  Arrangements can be made with our office to pay the remainder of the fee in installments.  Campers and retreaters who need more financial aid, especially those with multiple children attending camp, should not be discouraged.  Just indicate the amount you need and we will work with you to try to get a sponsored campership from a supporting donor.

Camperships are granted on an individual or family basis, based on need.  The only exception is for congregations who need financial help to host a Cross Trails Congregational Day Camp.  Camperships are not available for rental retreats or entire groups attending overnight camps.

We request that all campership recipients write a thank you letter to Cross Trails after attending their program.  Names will not be used unless you give permission, but the content of what you write may be shared with donors to encourage them to continue to support this program.
