AVAILABLE PARTY OPTIONS


MEMBERS ONLY DECK POOL PARTY:
During Pool Hours - must be scheduled 48 hours in advance.
2 hour Party with Up to 20 Guests
$100 for Members Only
Includes reserved use of the picnic tables under the covered area and a lifeguard party assistant

PRIVATE POOL RENTAL:
After Pool Hours - must be scheduled 10 days in advance.
$100 per hour for Member
$150 per hour non-member
Required Lifeguard Fee:
             2 Hour Party is $30 per lifeguard or 3 Hour party is $45 per lifeguard
             1-20 guests= 2 lifeguards
             21-50 guests= 3 lifeguards
             50+ Guests= 4 Lifeguards

SEMI-PRIVATE LAWN AND CLUB HOUSE RENTAL -  Availability will vary.
$75 per hour for members
$100 per hour for non-members
$25 - if hook-up for water and electrical is needed
Required party assistant fee (will depend on party needs):
           1 Assistant per hour $30
           2 Assistants per hour $75

Payment
Deposit Fee must be received within 7 days of reservation confirmation or reservation will be cancelled.

If wanting to pay by Credit Card- this will be taken over the phone and a charge of 3.5% for administrative fee.
Tipping of Lifeguards or Assistants is not required but is appreciated if they do an outstanding job.
     

Cancellation / Refund Policy
OSRC Refund Policy:
  • More than 7 Days before Party -100% deposit returned
  • 6-2 days before party- 50% refund
  • Less than 2 days before party 0% deposit returned
  • If OSRC Closes on the Day of the Party for weather - 100% deposit returned or party can be rescheduled for another day and time.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
