As Salaam Alaikum,
Introducing ladies ONLY Wellness Class once a month. Relaxing and much needed time to focus on yourself! Each class will consist of two sessions and each session will be 45 minutes long. You can enroll in one session or both the sessions. Please see below for more details
Dates : April 25th, May 9th, May 23rd, and June 6th
Ages : 16+ years
Movement Session at 7:00 PM : Focus will be on yoga based movement and exercise. This session will be led by Sarah Asghar
Mindfulness Session at 7:45 PM : Focus will be on mindfulness meditation. This session will be led by Dr. Fatima Naqvi
Cost : $50.00 for all the four dates mentioned above
