Residents of the Massapequa School District whose children will be attending a private/parochial school in the 2022-2023 school year may submit an application for transportation.

A separate application must be filled out for each child within a household and must be submitted every year,  even if the child is newly enrolled or currently enrolled in a private/parochial school and receiving transportation.
