2020 Newark Scholars Program Addendum
Thank you for your interest in Newark Academy and the Newark Scholars Program. Please answer the following questions and submit your responses by January 25, 2021. The first two questions are required and we ask that you select and complete one additional question.

This form is one part of a larger application process. Please refer to our website for a full overview of the Admission process, which includes:
1. Completing the Newark Academy Application Process
-Submit the Newark Academy Online Admission Form* by December 14, 2020
-Request school year 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 transcripts from your current school, which are due by December 14, 2020
-Submit the Supplemental Application Materials and interview by January 25, 2021
2. Submit the Financial Aid application by January 15, 2021
3. Complete the Newark Scholars Program addendum (this form) by January 25, 2021
4. Submit tax documents by February 11, 2021
