HASC 2022 Events
Event Timings:  

E10 : Blackout :: 23-25th September 2022

Arrival on site will be allowed from 3pm Friday.  
From 5pm onwards weapons practice will be available for anyone wishing to take part.
Event start will occur at 7pm.  At time-in all players will be ‘in character’ with player / NPC slots then being used throughout the weekend.
The event will conclude around 2pm Sunday, with the site requiring to be clear by 4pm.


Costings
The event costs for each weekend are:
Attendance and Camping / Bunk (player)  £55
Attendance and Camping / Bunk (Crew)  FREE!
Laser Tag hire*                 £20 (£10 if pistol) per weapon
Feed Me option**                 £20

*If your character does not require a Firearm, you do not need to hire a weapon.  One will be provided as required for NPC duties without cost to you.  Crew do not need to hire Firearms.
**Feed me includes Dinner on Friday, Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner on Saturday and Breakfast / Lunch on Sunday, and Tea / Coffee / Dilute squash as required. As of E9, crew will need to pay for Feed Me if they wish.

Day tickets are also available for playing or crewing (and feed me) if you're unable to attend all weekend. Multiple day tickets can be bought if appropriate (i.e. select Friday and Saturday if you can't attend Sunday).


New players benefit from half price Laser Tag hire on their first event
Refer a friend - introducing a new player to the game and you'll both benefit from £10 credit
Book (and pay for) multiple events at the same time, each additional event benefits from £5 discount

Note that there are 40 player places and 10 crew places.  Spaces will only be confirmed when full payment is sent, and will be on a first come first served basis. Refunds are only possible if requested more than 4 weeks before the event.
16 Bunk spaces are available and again are on a first come first served basis.


What you need to bring
Bunks are not supplied with any bedding - you will need to bring this
If you do not have a bunk, please bring camping gear (tent / bedding etc).
Player kit including any LARP safe Archaic weaponry (please see Player’s Guide for further details).
Mobile phone to use as your PADD, with QR Code reading software and internet access.
Basic wear for NPC duties (almost anything works, plain dark colours and avoid blue jeans)
IC eating/drinking equipment is recommended, but is not required as (sustainably sourced) disposable cutlery/crockery/cups are provided
A good pair of boots!
