We want to be able to get you hired and offer you an internship placement.  And then start paying you without delay!   It's important that you attend a SFUSD hiring and CCSF application session so we can support you in completing the necessary paperwork.  

Please let us know what school is convenient for you.  We will let you know in the beginning of February the exact date.   You will need to bring the following to the event and can get started on gathering these right away.

1. TB Clearance Form (Risk Assessment or Note clearing you of TB) for ALL internships
2. 2 Letters of Recommendation completed on the form
3. CCSF Consent Form signed by parent
4. Statement of Employ form signed by parent (if you are under 18)
5. Copy of Social Security or Current US Passport
