Prenatal Yoga Registration
Our prenatal class focuses on relieving the aches and pains that can come with pregnancy, leaving students feeling better each day, and empowered for labor, birth, and motherhood. Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, while also offering the opportunity to connect with your baby. We will lead you through poses that strengthen the pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and concerns, to the wonderful new changes your body and baby are experiencing. We have yoga mats and props here for you, so just bring yourself and your water bottle! (Availability: 8 spots)

Prenatal Yoga: 8:45am - 9:45am
Wednesdays from July 17 - August 14 (Sign up for all of the classes, or join us for just one or two!)

Instructor: Vicki McCarthy is the Head of School at MCMS and a certified prenatal yoga instructor (RYT-200 & RPYT). She is a trained doula, has Montessori training for ages 0-12 and currently teaches prenatal yoga classes at a local yoga studio.
