The FilAm ARTS Board invites community stakeholders to give us input for FilAm ARTS and the Festival of Philippine Arts and Culture (FPAC) in 2022 on September, 3!  

This survey contains three segments:
1) Background information about you
2) General questions about the FilAm ARTS and FPAC
3) General questions regarding comments and feedback

The entire survey is intended to be completed in 10-15 minutes.  Please complete as much of the survey as you can. We are hoping for honest and visionary feedback to help guide us in FilAm ARTS evolution in the community. Please feel free to share this survey link with other community members who you feel may be able to contribute meaningful and constructive comments.  The deadline for this survey will be April 1st, 2022.
