Vendor applications will close February 1st 2023. All vendors will be contacted within 7 days to advise if they have been accepted - upon acceptance you shall be sent an email to confirm.
Tables are available to purchase as Add-Ons on our Ticket Website - once you have received approval to purchase a table you will have 60 days to purchase your table pass, failing to purchase your table pass will result in your slot being forfeited and offered to the Waiting List.
Waiting list applicants will have 14 days to pay for their tables once offered a space in the hall, this is to ensure that the list moves quickly and gives people a chance to obtain a table.

ALL TABLES MUST BE CONFIRMED AND PAID BY FEBRUARY 14TH 2023
Due to the large amount of applications we have had for vendor space this year, a waiting list system has now been put into place. Should a vendor not pay for their table or drop out of vending, their spot will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. All waiting list vendors will be emailed to confirm their approval as usual, however will be advised of the waitlist and that their approval does not mean they can purchase a table immediately.
