May 19, 2024 HKUAAO Spring Hike and Dinner

We will admire the spring forest scent and sunshine by having a 2 hours Loop on Orchard and Vista Trails in Rouge Valley on Sunday May 19, 2024, followed by a dinner party at SamWoo BBQ Restaurant (三和燒臘酒家), 375 Bamburgh Circle, Scarborough.

Hike:  Orchard and Vista Trails in Rouge Valley, Scarborough

Hiking meeting time/place: 2:00pm Sunday May 19, 2024 at Rouge Valley parking lot from Meadowvale Rd. (See Map)

Directions:  401exit 389 to Meadowvale Rd North, pass Sheppard  Ave, keep to the rightmost lane,  up a ramp, turn right and meet at the big parking lot. 

Dinner: SamWoo BBQ Restaurant, 375 Bamburgh Circle, Scarborough.

Time: Dinner at 6:00pm

Costs: about $35/person  (Children age of 12 and under NO charge.)

Family members and friends are welcome.

*The trails may be muddy. Please bring a pair of shoes to change after hike.
*Please bring light jacket, hat. water, snack, mosquito spray, hiking stick, etc. as needed
*Please form carpool as parking spaces are limited.

Please register using the online registration form below before May 15 (Wednesday) if you are interested. You will be asked to provide your name and contact phone number, as well as emergency contact person (name and phone) and indicate if you will join dinner as well.

All registrants and their guests are asked to read the waiver as follow.*
