The North Toronto Ontario Health Team (OHT) wants to make it easy for you to access the health, wellness, and home and community services you need.

The North Toronto OHT is a dedicated team of health care organizations, health care staff, and community members who are working together as one team to better your health care experience.

When you sign up to become a patient/client, family, community and caregiver advisor or partner to the North Toronto OHT, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Learn about what North Toronto OHT is working on

  • Share your views about making health care better

  • Contribute to projects

  •  Participate in North Toronto OHT’s committees and councils
