The remaining 50% balance is due at the time services are rendered, unless other payment arrangements are made. If the balance is not paid prior to the start of our session, your appointment will be cancelled and must be rescheduled. Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled appointment time by using the booking software, making a phone call or sending a text message or email. If you cancel less than 24 hours before our appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. If rescheduling less than 24 hours before our appointment, you will have 5 calendar days to make a new appointment. If your appointment is not rescheduled within the above stated time frame, you will forfeit your deposit.

Deposits and fees paid for all provided services are non-refundable.
