Lakeville South Cougar Dance Team Interest Form 2025-2026
We are so excited that you are interested in joining the Cougar Dance Team (CDT) for the 2025-2026 season! Please fill out the form below to share your name and contact information with our coaching staff. 

We will be having an informational meeting on Thursday, April 24th at 5:30PM in the LSHS Lecture Hall. Please join us to learn more information about summer opportunities and CDT tryouts. 

Per the new MSHSL rule, we will no longer be having tryouts in the spring. We will be offering summer training, technique classes as well as strength and conditioning. This is a GREAT way for you to try CDT, get to know teammates and coaches and see if the team is a good fit for you!

Official tryouts for the upcoming 2025-2026 season will be held the week of October 20, 2025. 

CDT is open to dancers currently in 7th through 11th grade (next year's 8th through 12th graders).
