Thank you for choosing Hosford Swim School! After registration opens, please fill out the form below and click "Submit" to complete your request. All forms will be responded to in the order in which they are received. The host will be contacted within two business days to gather all participant information and finalize your registration.

Children participating in the private swim lesson must bring a bathing suit, goggles, towels and a swim diaper (if applicable).

Travel Lessons with Hosford Swim School must take place at a private, residential pool with a Tallahassee, FL zip code. We are not able to schedule private lessons at any club/apartment pools at this time.

How many children will be participating? *

There is no minimum number of participants, but each child must be at least 2 years of age. Please note that if there is only one child participating in the session, lessons each day will only be 30 minutes per day.

1st Choice - Session Dates *

All lessons with Hosford Swim School are two consecutive weeks, Monday through Thursday, for one hour each day (depending on the size of the group).

Payment *

After your registration is confirmed and completed, two invoices will be emailed to the host. The first is for a $250 non-refundable deposit to secure your group's spot (due one week after registration is complete) and the second for the remaining amount ($850) which is due one week prior to the lesson start date.
