Both the Annapolis Valley Apple Blossom Festival (AVABF) and (your organization here)support the promotion of a great family festival. The AVABF Board of Directors macro-manages relationships to raise the AVABF profile and increase the Festival’s popularity by introducing successful events inclusive to the majority.
The AVABF Board and (your organization here) recognizes that the event is positioned to contribute to the values and missions of the AVABF organization.
The AVABF agrees to include the event in promotional sources along with other sanctioned events. The event will not be confirmed until payment is received by April 30th of the participating year. All payments must be made before this contract is active, which includes advertising and promotion under the Annapolis Valley Apple Blossom Festival name.
At the completion of each festival year a review of all events will take place by the board of directors and ensuring future success and participation. Please note when advertising to use the full name of the festival as Annapolis Valley Apple Blossom Festival.
As stated above this memorandum of understanding is signed and active on a yearly basis and must be renewed with each new year.
