Taste of Summer Vendor Market Application

We will also be running a clothing drive for Dress for Success Orillia & Barrie
KoolFM Street Team on site

Please note that while we cannot guarantee the number of shoppers that turn up on market day, or the number of sales each vendor will receive, we will do our best to ensure that the market is well advertised. Paid advertisement of the event will take place on social media the week prior to the event. The event will also be listed on the community event pages on Simcoe.com, Orillia Matters, and Snap'd Orillia. Event flyers will be posted on community bulletin boards around Simcoe County.

Table Options
Three table options available indoors. One 8ft table is provided.
Vendors will be responsible to provide their own chairs, table coverings, and décor.

1. Table Only ($75): This space CANNOT accommodate clothing racks or additional displays.
2. Medium Space ($100): This space will accommodate 1 clothing rack or small display
3. Large Space ($125): This space will accommodate 2 clothing racks or additional displays

Limited 10x10 outdoor spaces available: $75 - SOLD OUT
Vendors will be required to bring their own tent, tables, linens, and décor

Swag Bags & Grand Giveaway
We will be giving out swag bags to 25 shoppers randomly throughout the market.
Contributions are not required but highly recommended as they are a great way to promote your business. Contributions can include coupons/discounts, samples, or full size products. Vendors who are wanting to contribute to swag bags are not required to contribute to all 25 bags, just as many as you can

Each shopper who makes a purchase will be able to fill out a ballot for a chance to win a prize basket featuring items from various vendors. Contributing 1 item to the giveaway is optional.

Sneak peak posts for the swag bags and grand giveaway will be posted on our Instagram page leading up to the event
