The Grievance Redress System (GRS) allows members of the public (individuals, groups, organisations or communities) to officially complain about the work of the Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) including externally hired consultants and contractors regarding the plans or implementation of specific projects.
A complainant can appeal a decision made by the RDA if they are not satisfied with the outcome but must provide a clear basis for the appeal and ensure that it is accompanied by all relevant supporting evidence.
Please use this form to file your appeal within 15 business days of receiving a decision from the RDA on your initial complaint.
